We’ve used this product for some time and recently ran into an issue due to some website changes. The support team never jumped to conclusions about a fix. Instead, they took logical, true troubleshooting approach and had it resolved in a couple of days. They kept us fully informed about what they were thinking and why. Really a pleasure. And the product works as advertised.
